Bridges Beach

Used mainly for surfing, this urban beach is a great place for a quick trip to the shore. With nothing but a straight shot to the ocean, Bridges Beach is best for those looking for a hassle free beach.

Situated in downtown Aguadilla, Bridges Beach is on the West coast of Puerto Rico. You should consider dropping by regardless of whether you're staying particularly close by. You may notice that beaches throughout Puerto Rico tend to be somewhat quiet, but Bridges Beach is a little different.

How to Access The Beach

Bridges Beach is centrally located just off the main coastal road that runs along the entire western edge of the city. If you are going to need parking, use the same lot as the more popular School Yard Beach, right off PR-440.

Amenities and Ambiance

Backed by the city of Aguadilla, Bridges Beach is not the place to go for quiet privacy. Indeed, the atmosphere here is quite exciting as surfers head out and fight the waves. Non-surfers might not find much to do here, as a somewhat rocky shoreline can make swimming uncomfortable.

Please note that public restrooms are not available, so those of you traveling with small children may want to consider another spot.

Don't forget that the region in which Bridges Beach is located is a popular spot, so make sure to get a spot!
