The Truck Stop

Possibly one of the most fun places to enjoy a delicious meal and a drink, The Truck Stop is outfitted with many interactive games and a relaxed, picnic table-style setting.

The site includes 3 trucks: the Yellow Truck, the Blue Truck, and the Red Truck. Each offers different dining options from a limited menu. The Yellow Truck features Malaysian and Southeast Asian cuisine. You can order spring rolls, a variety of noodles, and curried meat over rice.

The Blue Truck features Latin American cuisine on an even smaller menu. El Cubano sandwiches or bowls are served with coconut rice and black beans. You can also order french fries, mole chicken, parilla steak, and a few other items.

The Red Truck is hard to pass up. This is where you can top off your meal with some ice cream. Whether you want a sundae, root beer float, milkshake, or just a cone, you can indulge right here.

The Truck Stop is a bar and grill that offers Asian and Latin American cuisines, as well as ice cream. Expect an atmosphere and service that is very casual. When is this restaurant option on the table? They're open during both dinner and lunch, so make time to stop by; you could find a new favorite food.

A big open area surrounded by 3 different food trucks and picnic tables provides a relaxed and interesting environment. You can enjoy weekly cornhole tournaments each Sunday, movie nights on Wednesday, and live music every Friday and Sunday. They also host a farmers market each month.

The Truck Stop lies just outside the heart of the island of Ambergris Caye; it's 2.5 miles to the northeast of San Pedro.

If you would like to merge your visit to the restaurant with some nice sightseeing opportunities, you'll find a few noteworthy sites within a short distance, like Boca Del Rio Park.

One benefit of stopping or staying in this area is Not-So-Secret Beach, a nearby beach, which is a suitable place to unwind after a meal.
