Set in an area that is more residential than resort, this stretch of sand will likely be completely deserted when you arrive, and remain so until the time that you leave.

Located in the vicinity of New Providence, 1.7 miles west of Clifton Bay, You should consider stopping by even if you aren't staying nearby. This isn't just another pretty beach, it's one of the rare "quiet" beaches in the Bahamas. While Gaulding Cay Beach may be a little farther away, visiting this beach instead of a more crowded one could make your experience less stressful.

How to Access The Beach
If you are traveling to the beach from North Eleuthera you will travel past Glass Window Bridge and continue for just over a mile until you see a yellow and white apartment building on the left. The entrance to the beach is on your right.

Amenities and Ambiance

The beach itself is a long stretch of white sand speckled with palm trees that leads to bright aqua waters. The view from the shore is of Gaulding's Cay which is tiny rock island filled with casuarina trees.

Unfortunately, you won't find any public restrooms along this coastline, which is something to consider if you plan to spend a full day in the sun. You will find the water here is fit for snorkeling, so purchase or rent some equipment if you're hoping to see what lies beneath the surface.
