Blowing Point Beach is a popular location for boating, featuring a ferry terminal. It's one of the more popular beaches on Anguilla, though it's long enough for you to stake out your own perfect spot to soak up the sun.

Located toward the center of the island of Anguilla, this beach is on the South coast of the island, You might want to drop by whether or not you are staying in the vicinity. Active and social travelers will like this beach due to its crowded, urban location. Actually, Blowing Point Beach would be most convenient for those who are staying in the hotels nearby, and those who prefer a crowded city scene over a quiet, suburban one.

How to Access The Beach
Blowing Point is a very accessible beach, with regular ferry charter service from Princess Juliana International Airport on neighboring St. Martin, starting at 7:00 a.m.

Amenities and Ambiance

Blowing Point Beach stretches from the jut of land it takes it's name from to the ferry terminal on it's east side. The waters are calm and clear and the sand is soft and ultra fine, just right for a barefoot stroll.

Unfortunately, restrooms will not be available here, which is something to consider if you're bringing the kids, or plan to spend all day outside.

Bear in mind that the area surrounding Blowing Point Beach is visited by quite a number of tourists, so factor that into your plans.

Travelers will find Blowing Point Beach on Anguilla's South coast. It's located near Dolphin Discovery, which is situated a quarter mile away, and it is one of the the area's interesting attractions.
