Spice is so named because it is the fresh herbs and spices grown right in the restaurant garden that flavor each meal. Guests of Cap Juluca resort have the pleasure of dining on this beach side locale for dinner and late nights.


This new and exotic Arabesque-style waterfront bar and restaurant features a menu of tantalizing appetizers; pastas; and fish and meats including Pan-Roasted Sea Scallops, Wild King Salmon Cake, and Veal, Pork and Lamb Chops. This is all offered along with a wide selection of cocktails.

Spice is a grill where they proudly serve their take on Middle Eastern cuisine. Those who like high levels of quality and service will appreciate that this restaurant is considered to be one of the nicer places to dine in the area. This eatery is open for dinner only, so be sure not to miss their open hours.


There is live evening entertainment performed by Boss and his Band that elicits dancing by guests on Mondays and Friday. Overlooking Maundays Bay, it is the perfect place to meet friends and while away a wonderful evening.


Positioned in Maundays Bay, 1.1 miles south of Meads Bay, Spice is a part of Cap Juluca. Local customers and travelers who are visiting Blowing Point might also consider eating here, since it is three miles (five kilometers) to the west of town.

Since the selection of attractions isn't as broad, some travelers may prefer to drive a few miles for a choice of natural and cultural attractions.

Part of the reason people vacation in this general area is the option of enjoying some outdoor attractions, for instance, CuisinArt Resort Golf Course and Maundays Bay Beach. The latter of the two is the closest place to hit the beach, and lives just a short distance from Spice.
