Caribbean Helicopters

Caribbean Helicopters Limited ("Flychyl") provides tours, inter-island charters, medical evacuation, sling work, mining exploration, aerial photography and film work, construction and search and rescue on a daily basis. Their primary concern is for the safety and comfort of their customers and have been accident free since the company was established in 1995.

Cost and Offerings

Charter one of this group's pilots and helicopters for a unique tour of the island from a bird's eye view. The pilots will even take you to some of the area's volcanoes in nearby Montserrat.

Tours begin at around $115 per person.

What to Expect

The helicopters they use are Bell 206 series Long Ranger and Jet Ranger helicopters. All of the helicopters have pop-out floats, so that they can land on water in the event of an emergency. Fixed wing aircrafts currently include PA-31 Navajo Chieftan aircraft and BN2-Islander aircraft.

Their main heliport is on Fort Road though inter-island charters and fixed wing flights depart from the main terminal at V.C. Bird International Airport.
