Cedar Valley Golf Club

One of two golf course in Antigua, this became the first championship course on the island when it expanded to 18 holes in 1977. It's a par-70 course is challenging enough for experienced golfers, but with a driving range and resident golf pros available for lessons, novices will also find it to their liking. Course Description

This golf course could be considered a well-established spot to tee off, since it was built in 1971. The lay of the land, difficulty of the holes, and surprise challenges reflect the design of Devereux Emmet, the architect of Cedar Valley Golf Club. It has a course rating of 69.2, and its 18 holes measure out to a total of 5884 yards. Also note that they've got a pro, Arnold Luke, available, so you'll especially enjoy this location if you're not an experienced golfer.

The course features some dramatic elevation changes in parts, and is surrounded by tropical trees. You'll have plenty of opportunities to admire the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, and at their signature par-4 12th, you'll be looking out onto St. John's and the waters of the Atlantic.
