Built on the foundation of a former plantation, Harmony Hall is a restaurant and art gallery that has been hosting art exhibits since the late 1980s. Openings typically take place on the first Sunday of each month, between the months of November and April, and crowds turn up in droves to enjoy the new selection of artwork -- as well as the complimentary wine and appetizers.
There are three specialized art galleries on property. The first is the current display collection, the second has a wide selection of works by various artists, and the third features print work. On the first Sunday of each month from November to April, Harmony Hall hosts gallery openings to promote the latest artistic offerings.
Located in Nonsuch Bay, Harmony Hall Gallery always welcomes visitors shopping in this neighborhood or the surrounding area. Even if you aren't staying very close, you should feel free to stop by. If you're wondering, Willikies is to the north.
Beyond Harmony Hall Gallery, the shopping options in the vicinity are pretty limited.
If you find yourself famished once you finish having fun shopping, there happens to be a couple of restaurants in the vicinity. If you notice that you are looking for Caribbean cuisine, think about trying The Bay Restaurant. Although, if you are actually interested in Mediterranean, take a trip over to Harmony Hall Restaurant.
