Often called the "Best Kept Secret on Antigua," The Hideout is owned by husband and wife team Max and Nikki. Max mans the kitchen, which is highly acclaimed for its near-perfect food, and Nikki helps to promote the friendly atmosphere that keeps guests coming back again and again.
From the succulent steaks and the fresh seafood, right down to the dessert pastries, everything that comes out of the kitchen at the Hideout is a hit. Previous diners would recommend the scallops, the mussels, and the mango and brie with mango salsa.
The Hideout is a grill that offers Caribbean and contemporary cuisines, as well as seafood. The style of the restaurant and its dishes is considered by most to be informal. They are open for business during dinner only, so don't be shy about checking them out during their limited operating hours.
