Bushiribana

The site of a two former gold smelters built in 1825 by the Aruba Island Gold Mining Company, these ruins are a popular stop for visitors on there way to visit the Natural Bridge, and can't help but snap a few pictures of the unique rock formations.

Bushiribana is comprised of two towering stone boulders that are unusually shaped. Most tourists agree that this spot is beautiful, but not worth the trip alone.

Lively visitors will likely be charmed by the region because of the possibility of open-air options. Historic site visitors also interested in golfing will surely enjoy heading over to nearby The Links at Divi Aruba Golf Course. If playing a few rounds of golf doesn't excite you, you're not out of luck - head to Andicuri, the closest beach. But, multiple beach and golf choices exist in the vicinity. If you'd prefer to remain indoors, there are also a handful of other places you may want to visit only a short distance away. Not far away you'll find Aruba Ostrich Adventures, one of the few additional attractions located within a mile or so of the historic site.
