Flower Forest is a botanical garden and a "designated place of peace" in the Scotland district on the island of Barbados. It is a conservation area, meant to preserve the well-cared for flora of the island, along with many additional and attractive imports. Their motto is, "Get away from pressure and find your tranquility".

The Flower Forest is set on 53.6 acres and is set in the hillside of indigenous royal palms with flowers, benches, and viewpoints throughout. Explore the largest collection of Ginger Lillies, Heliconias and more in this public Bajan garden. The pavilion has a very reasonable restaurant and the facilities are handicap accessible.

There are 2 main paths through the garden, which are flat, and do not have any steps along the way. Guests may opt for a guided tour which costs a bit extra. All visitors are provided with a map, flower ID chart, and umbrellas in case of liquid sunshine.
