There is no sign, so you'll have to look carefully in the Interpretation Centre near the Tourism Building to find the newly created Barbuda Museum. It is new and still growing, so don't expect to find much, but what is available is an eye opening look at the history of the island.
The artifacts on display have been discovered by visitors, locals, and students on the island over the years. There is also a collection of photographs that paint a vivid picture of life on the island.
Consider staying in Codrington if you plan on visiting Barbuda Museum, since those visiting this area of Antigua will have the benefit of convenient access to the museum for the duration of their trip. Although the region isn't necessarily a tourism capital, you'll nevertheless find a handful of hotel rooms to pick from.
