Beaches on Barbuda

Protected on all sides by barrier reefs, the smooth coast of Barbuda is miles upon miles of untouched deserted beaches where you can easily walk for miles without running into another beach-goer.  This is especially true between Spanish Point and Palmetto Point, which is eight miles of pink sand beaches and calm waters.  Along the Atlantic coast is where you'll find the waters that are slightly more rough and favored by surfers.

Goat Point: Goat Point is a little cape near the Northern tip of Barbuda. It is beautiful and isolated, with blindingly white sand and flawless turquoise waters.

Another alternative for beach-goers to consider is Coco Point. This beach is unique in that is surrounded by ocean on both sides, as it juts out from the island of Barbuda. The sand is magically soft and the area is full of greenery and palm trees.

Palmetto Point: Famous for it's pink sand and popular with boaters, Palmetto Point is the southernmost tip of Barbuda.
