Palm Beach

Palm Beach dazzles beach-goers with its blindingly white sand which has unique patches of pink sand as we. It's a huge beach, isolated and pristine, and in 2014 Travel + Leisure Magazine ranked it as one of the Best Secret Beaches in the world.

Set near the center of the island of Barbuda, Palm Beach is on the West coast of the island, You might want to drop by even if you are not staying in the vicinity. Those planning on making a stop at this beach can make the most of their relaxation time without missing the chance to do a little people watching.

How to Access The Beach

Accessible only by boat from Antigua, this beach is definitely worth the cost of the charter for a day trip.

Amenities and Ambiance

Flat and expansive, this beach has only a few buildings and then nothing but sand and sea for miles. To walk down this beach is to experience a taste of untouched paradise. There is very little shade here, so bring a beach umbrella and your sunscreen.

Keep in mind that restrooms won't be found on-site, so those of you traveling with small children may want to consider another spot. The water in the area is of good snorkeling quality, so bring along some equipment if you want to see the underwater world.
