Palm Beach

Palm Beach dazzles beach-goers with its blindingly white sand which has unique patches of pink sand as we. It's a huge beach, isolated and pristine, and in 2014 Travel + Leisure Magazine ranked it as one of the Best Secret Beaches in the world.

Located on the island of Barbuda, Palm Beach is on the West edge of the island, You should consider dropping by whether or not you're staying in the vicinity. You will typically find the beach to be rather roomy, since the area surrounding the beach is not packed with guests.

How to Access The Beach
Accessible only by boat from Antigua, this beach is definitely worth the cost of the charter for a day trip.

Amenities and Ambiance

Flat and expansive, this beach has only a few buildings and then nothing but sand and sea for miles. To walk down this beach is to experience a taste of untouched paradise. There is very little shade here, so bring a beach umbrella and your sunscreen.

Unfortunately, restrooms will not be available here, so those of you traveling with small children may want to consider another spot. Fortunately, the water here is clear and good for snorkeling, so grab some equipment if you want to see the underwater world.

Palm Beach provides an idyllic and relaxing haven, especially since the surrounding region contains little build-up and is free of urbanization.
