Traveling to Bathsheba by Airplane

A flight to your vacation in Bridgetown is easy to pull off

Bathsheba is not a location that has its own private airport, but that doesn't deter anyone from visiting. Just under 40 minutes south of town is the Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI), one of the most modern facilities in the Caribbean.

After millions of dollars worth of renovations which took over a decade to complete, Grantley Adams International Airport has landed itself near the top of the list of the best and most modern airports in the region. Features include an 11,000 foot long asphalt runway which connects to five taxiways, two terminals, and 22 gates.

Getting to this airport from the United States, Canada, and Europe is fairly simple. More than two dozen cities offer direct flights including Miami, New York City, and Frankfurt. In some cases, you'll find flights that work out better for your schedule by planning for a layover at the airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

If you'll be flying from the U.S. the following table may be useful. Online services don't necessarily know about the least costly options so it can be useful to see at a glance which airlines fly directly to this location.
