At The Bird's Eye View, guests will be treated to unbelievable culinary creations concocted by resident chef, Stephanie Gillett. She prepares her menus daily, and can cook vegetarian meals upon request. You will be dazzled by her fresh breakfasts, filling lunches and elaborate dinner dishes. Some of her creations include conch fritters with mustard sauce, huevos rancheros, fish balls with onions and black pepper, creamy cabbage and carrot slaw and homemade breads.
