Blue Creek Cave

Blue Creek Cave is popular amongst tourists who want the full Maya experience. Called "Hokeb Ha" by the Maya people it was once frequented by many people of this mysterious culture.

Blue Creek Cave is a very large cave with a river running though it that goes from Santa Cruz to five miles down he way to the village of Blue Creek. Inside is a waterfall that is the major draw to the site.


Positioned in Orange Walk District, south-southeast of La Union, Blue Creek Cave happily welcomes residents and travelers who are rooming in this section of Belize. Whether or not you're staying particularly close, you should think about stopping by to check out the sights. It is south west of Orange Walk.
