Some might say a trip to Belize is incomplete without a taste of its authentic cooking.
Coco Plum Island Resort has one restaurant of its own, offering a convenient dining option for those staying at the resort.
American and Belizean fare fill the menu at Coco Palms. Breakfast begins at 7:00 a.m. with fresh juice, coffee, or tea, and your choice of journey cakes, toast, fried jacks, eggs, bacon, sausage, and fruit. From noon to 1:30 p.m., you can get a light meal such as a sandwich on homemade bread, soup, or seafood. Packed lunches are provided for guests attending a tour that day. Dinner is a more elegant affair, offering guests a three course meal from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Vacations at Coco Plum Island Resort are all-inclusive, which means dining is likely included in the total cost, so you can choose to dine on-site at every meal.
