Set near the middle of Banana Bank, Belize Jungle Dome happily welcomes guests who are thinking about basing their vacation in this area of Central Belize. From this accommodation, the center of Belmopan is three miles (four and a half kilometers) to the south.
The lodge is very small, with just six guest rooms. This was a conscious choice as they wanted to create a small, private haven for guests. The owners live in a separate house on site and are usually very involved with the guests.

Their gardens are beautifully kept and border the Belize River. Many howler monkey families surround the property, and it is often frequented by toucans, hummingbirds, parrots and other stunning birds in the garden.
The pathway into the property is filled with many species of orchids and they even grow much of their own food. There are mango, avocado, banana, lime, orange and coconut trees all throughout the garden.
