One of the most popular attractions on Bermuda is Crystal Caves, and even Mark Twain himself visited the natural site.
As you descend into the underground Crystal Cave, look to the roof, where you will notice breath taking white stalactites covered in crystallized soda straws. Then look to the bottom, where a crystal clear underground lake is present. Over 50 feet below the surface you can view rock formations, which gives you an idea of exactly how clear the water is.

You can reach Crystal Caves via bus routes 1, 2, 10, and 11 from Hamilton and St. George.
Crystal Caves, on the same premises as Bailey's Bay, can be found in the eastern part of Henrys Hill, a village near Castle Harbour; it is three miles (five kilometers) to the south west of St. George.
There are several picks of restaurants to choose from in the neighborhood surrounding Crystal Caves. The most frequented nearby place to eat to Crystal Caves is Bailey's Bay Ice Cream Parlour, which has a menu full of International fare. The restaurant is only around a couple hundred yards away from this cave, so check it out and peruse the menu. and Tom Moore's Tavern are some of the additional restaurant options close to this page's attraction. At Tom Moore's Tavern you and your group will be able to try a bit of Continental dishes and enjoy the local foods and culture of Bermuda.
Vacationers that are a fan of caves, and would like to see others, should consider seeing Fantasy Caves and ; the first of which is less than a hundred yards to the north-northwest of Crystal Caves. You'll find at least one or two other attractions nearby, including Blue Hole Hill Park, which is a few hundred yards away Castle Harbour. You might also think about heading to , which is another attraction in the vicinity.

You can plan to explore Crystal Caves from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and guided tours leave every 20 minutes.
It is recommended that you wear rubber soled shoes.
Entry into Crystal Caves is $20(USD) for adults, $8(USD) for children six to 12, and free for those under five. You can also purchase a ticket that is good for both Crystal Caves and Fantasy Caves for $27(USD) for adults and $10(USD) for kids.
