Middle Beach

Conveniently located close to a variety of amenities, but far enough away that the noise, hustle, and bustle do not interfere, Middle Beach offers an experience that is aptly right in the middle. Though the beach more than likely gets its name from its location between a series of large rocks that separates it from the rest of the coast.

Located in Warwick Parish, Middle Beach is on the South West coast of Bermuda. You might want even if you are not staying very close.

How to Access The Beach
The best way to reach Middle Beach is to park in South Shore Park on South Road, and take the trails south until you hit the beach. Alternatively, you could park at the much more popular Horseshoe Cove Beach and walk along the coast to the East until hitting a series of rocks. You'll see the rocks in the distance before you reach them, so you will know when you are there.

Amenities and Ambiance

This beautiful beach has wonderfully warm and soft sand, though it is much more known for the abundance of large rocks that are scattered around the beach and continue into the water. While this can interfere with running, playing, and swimming a bit, it gives Middle Beach a unique exotic feel you will not get in many other beaches on Bermuda.

Unfortunately, restrooms will not be available here, so those of you traveling with small children may want to consider another spot. Fortunately, the water here is clear and good for snorkeling, so bring your gear if you want to check out what lies beneath the surface.

Since Middle Beach is of course located inside an area that sees many visitors, you might need to hunt to get a spot!
