As you might be able to guess from the name, Water Rocks Beach is a bit rockier than most beaches on Bermuda. However, you will not find the sharp little rocks here. Instead, expect large boulders that at times extend from where the sand begin and continue well into the water.

Located in Warwick Parish, Water Rocks Beach is on the South West coast of Bermuda. You should consider dropping by regardless of whether you're staying nearby.

How to Access The Beach

As mentioned above, Water Rocks Beach has a trail that comes to it from South Shore Park. Using the trail tends to be the most direct way of reaching the beach, though it is just as easy to go to one of the other nearby beaches and simply walk the coast. Either way, you will need to do a little bit of a hike if you want to reach Water Rocks Beach.

Amenities and Ambiance

As part of a series of southern beaches that have these large rocks, Water Rocks Beach is the smallest. Making up more of a wedge between two large boulders, Water Rocks Beach is barely its own beach at all. Nonetheless, devout visitors will say otherwise, and point out that Water Rocks Beach has its own entrance and trail from the South Shore Park.

Keep in mind that restrooms won't be found on-site, but you may be able to find facilities at a nearby business.

Since Water Rocks Beach is located in a relatively urbanized region, you might want consider the time when you plan your visit.
