Beaches in the Bimini Islands

Although the beaches of the Biminis vary from island to island, for the most part you can expect to find uncrowded, unspoiled ocean side habitats where sunning and swimming in almost complete privacy is commonplace.  The rules change a bit if you happen to stop by a beach with a resort at the edge of the property, but even then they never seem to get too crowded.

Pick Your Ideal Beach

You will find several beaches to consider in the area. For a detailed article concerning a specific beach just click on the names of the ones you're curious about.

Bimini Sands Beach

Bimini Reef Club Beach: Located on South Bimini, the Bimini Reef Club Beach is known for its amazingly clear water. Additionally, the water is very calm, protected by a good-sized coral reef and a sandbar beyond that.

A second place for beach-goers to consider is Porgy Bay Beach. Situated right in front of a developing area, Porgy Bay will one day have countless amenities. Today, however, it is remote.

Radio Beach: Radio Beach is within the Southern extreme of Alice Town, and is accessible by the Queen's Highway.
