Coconose Restaurant

A family owned restaurant that opened in 2002, you will feel the love that goes into preparing each and every dish that you order here. Chef Diane got her start working in many kitchens around the island before finally opening this spot, and the result of all of her hard work is some truly fantastic home-style cooking.

Food

Local, home cooking is what you get here, with every meal prepared fresh and to order. Chicken is available stewed, baked, grilled, and fried, and you can also order ribs, hamburgers, or a number of fresh seafood dishes. Sides include rice and peas, steamed vegetables, plantains, a side salad, french fries, and macaroni salad. If you stop by on Friday, you may see ox tail or pork chops on the menu.

Among other things, Coconose Restaurant specializes in chicken with Caribbean twists. As far as service and setting, you can expect the formality to be very casual. When's the best time to come? They're open for both dinner and lunch, so don't hesitate to pay this place a visit. You might fall in love with a local favorite.

Simple and clean, you'll feel right at home when you dine here. Guests may choose to dine in or carry out.
