Top orders include conch chowder, calamari, conch fritter, tuna tartare, ravioli with lobster tail, pirate seafood linguine, lasagna, grill seafood platter for two, fresh fish of the day, rack of lamb, jerk chicken; the most popular pizza is the Captain G. pizza; and for dessert the Beignet for two, sticky toffee pudding, or the raspberry cheese cake. The chefs are masterful in their creativity and the restaurant has one of the best selections of wines around. It's a definite must-dine on the Cayman Islands.

The Lighthouse is located in the tranquil area of Breakers, where you find the real Cayman. The restaurant is located by the water and the most recognizable feature is the Lighthouse Tower. Inside the restaurant the atmosphere is Nautical and the waiters uniforms is the same as ship officers. They have three dining locations, one is the air conditioned port room and wine cellar where all of their 150 wine collection are stored. The second is the screened-in, air conditioned patio overlooking the ocean. Finally, the most famous and popular dining area is the dock right on top of the water.
