Boqueron Beach is situated in southeast Puerto Rico, in the quaint waterfront town of Boqueron. The sandy white beach is over a mile long and borders sparkling turquoise waters.

The water here is fit for snorkeling, so grab some gear if you want to see what lies beneath the surface. Boqueraan Beach is a hot spot for locals and tourists, espcially on weekends and holidays. Weekdays are much less crowded, however, and visitors will find themselves in a peaceful oasis of solitude and serenity.
This spot is on the West coast of Puerto Rico. Nearby accommodations include the Wildflowers, which can be found pretty close-by. Some will choose to take a cab here, while others will prefer the walk to this property, one of the closest places to stay accessible from Boqueròn Beach, despite there not being too many additional attractions you can drive to.
La Parguera is the closest town and is not an overly urbanized area, but still has its fair share of things to do. From the shore, La Parguera isn't out of reach at eight and a half miles (14 kilometers) away.
How many other people you encounter at Boqueròn Beach will depend on many factors, including the capacity of nearby hotels. There aren't many major hotels in the immediate vicinity, but you may see guests from the few small lodgings in the area.
