Dolphin Fountain In Heroes Square

While the Dolphin Fountain may not have a deep historic significance in itself, it does mark one of the critical milestones in the Bahamas. Built in 1865, the fountain honors the achievement of piped water in the Bahamas just four years earlier.

Dolphin Fountain is bleach white, with a large pool housing water on the bottom. It then has three additional and sequentially small pools rising out fromn the first, decorated with dolphins (hence the name).
