Deadman's Bay

Considered by many to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean, Deadman's Bay is a favorite spot for yachting and snorkeling.

The crescent shaped shore of Deadman's Bay is lined with palm trees, giving it that truly tropical feel you look for in a beach.

Location

Located on Peter Island, 5.5 miles southeast of downtown Road Town, Deadman's Bay always welcomes local residents and vacationers rooming on this part of the island or nearby. Regardless of whether or not you're staying nearby, you should consider stopping by to check out the sights. If you're wondering, Road Town is five and a half miles (nine kilometers) to the northwest.

A ferry service from the marina at Peter Island Resort runs to Spray Bay on a regular basis.

Nearby Restaurants

Of course, one of the most exciting options while spending an afternoon exploring the area could be chowing down on a dish at a restaurant within traveling distance of this body of water. Deadman's Beach Bar & Grill, which serves Caribbean food, is also the most convenient option for visitors of this bay. The restaurant is a slight distance away, but distant enough that you may decide to make plans for taking advantage of some type of transport to get there. Tradewinds Restaurant and William Thornton Floating Bar and Restaurant are some of the additional nearby lunch and dinner possibilities. At William Thornton Floating Bar and Restaurant you and your party can't ask for your check without ordering a plate of their specialty, hamburgers, among others.
