Activities in Cabarete

An up-and-coming resort town, Cabarete's growth has been phenomenal in recent years and the popularity of it as a tourist destination is no longer overlooked.  It is best known as the best place to practice wind and kite surfing in the Caribbean, and indeed global competitions are held here.  Other watersports like snorkeling, diving and paddle boarding are also popular activities.  


Cabarete Diving

Cabrete divers will find themselves in the Atlantic Ocean, not the Caribbean. These cooler water offer a different dive experience than other areas in the region.
