El Calento de Dario Beach is one of the Dominican Republic's quieter beaches. Typically, only guests of the nearby resorts spend their days on the beach, so fighting crowds to find a spot in the sand is rarely an issue.
Positioned in the Eastern side of the Dominican Republic, 1.0 mile southeast of Cabrera, El Calento de Dario Beach is on the North edge of Hispaniola. You should consider dropping by regardless of whether you're staying particularly close by. There are plenty of advantages to visiting a beach that isn't lined with high-rise hotels; relatively untouched parts of the coast like El Calento de Dario Beach let you escape people-watchers and rowdy beachgoers.

El Calento de Dario Beach curves outwards into the water. The white sands are lined to coconut palms, and just behind them through the trees are several resort properties who have chosen this location for the beautiful view of the aqua colored waters.
Unfortunately, public restrooms aren't available, which is something to consider if you plan to spend a full day in the sun.
If you find that you choose beach days that provide an angelic experience, then you may want to try El Calento de Dario Beach; it's back within a less urban sector of the region.

Whether or not you encounter a lot of other visitors will depend on if you visit during a popular season, which is often indicated by how busy the hotels are. The area does not have very many large hotels, but you may encounter guests from some of the area's smaller options.

Hispaniola has many beaches, so if El Calento de Dario Beach doesn't suit you, you can still find a great spot.
Another sun-drenched spot to consider is El Breton, located three and a half miles to the northwest.
Of course, there is much more to do besides lounge on the sand in Caribya, but El Calento de Dario Beach is both a beautiful natural attraction, and a fun hangout spot.
