Cane Garden Bay is in the Road Town area, so touring the city could be a fun side-trip after visiting the beach. Not far away you'll find Road Town, a city which is noted for its balance between seclusion and urbanization. From the shore, Road Town is just up the road, about two and a half miles (four kilometers).

Another location you might enjoy is Brewers Bay Beach, a popular beach beloved by tourists. It is located one and a quarter miles to the north-northeast. Brewer's Bay beach on the Ocean Coast is perfect for nature lovers who want to take in the scenery, unless it is high season when all the cruise ships drop off hoards of tourists on its shores. If you're looking for a more secluded beach experience, consider Nanny Cay. You'll find it not far off the beach at all.
