There are multiple beaches to discover on Tortola, of course, so if Cane Garden Bay doesn't suit you, you can still find a great spot.

You might also enjoy Brewers Bay Beach, which is in a pretty active location. It is located one and a quarter miles to the north-northeast. Brewer's Bay beach on the Ocean Coast is perfect for nature lovers who want to take in the scenery, unless it is high season when all the cruise ships drop off hoards of tourists on its shores. If it's a bit of peace and quiet you're after, Nanny Cay is a location which doesn't host as many visitors. You'll find it just a short distance away.

You may also enjoy Long Bay West, which is located reasonably close-by, which means a quick cab ride is a solid choice. Long Bay West is a beautiful beach with breathtaking views where travelers can relax in style. The views and sunsets are spectacular and there's plenty of room for sunning, walking, or jogging.

Cane Garden Bay could be the ideal stretch of sand, but it is possible that it may not be the best choice for your family; if so, there are other beaches and natural attractions in the Virgin Islands you might like.
