The Dover Ruins are where the first church on the island of Carriacou once stood. While it may not be too grand, it does show where the settlers first made their homes.
Feel free to explore the ruins, though do not expect too much in terms of tourist activities; the ruins are abandoned.
Consider staying on Carriacou if you plan on visiting Dover Ruins, as visitors to this region of Grenada will be pleased to have convenient access to the historical site during their time there. There are several lodgings placed in the area surrounding Dover Ruins.
