Las Minitas is a private beach owned by Casa de Campo which means if you aren't staying on property, you will find it very difficult to gain access to reach this beach. Those who do make it to Las Minitas will find that the beach is very well kept, and a great locale for watersports such as paddleboating and windsurfing. There is even a beach hut called La Palapa where kids can go to play supervised games while their parents take some time alone.

Another location you may want to try is Caleta Beach, located reasonably close-by, so a short cab ride will get you here pretty easily.
Of course, there is much more to do besides lounge on the sand in the Dominican Republic, but La Minitas is both a beautiful natural attraction, and a fun hangout spot.
