The underwater world of Cat Island is known for Dry Heads, a shallow reef where both snorkelers, introductory divers, and mid-level divers head for beautiful coral and an active fish live.  There are also a few reefs of medium depth and wreck sites to explore for more advanced divers.

There is one dive service and a small number of interesting dive sites to choose from.
