Temple Of The Warriors

Perhaps the only known Maya structure large enough to be able to hold a large crowd indoors, the Temple of the Warriors is just one of many structures in the expansive Chichen Itza Park.


Temple of the Warriors is comprised of four platforms and is surrounded by 200 columns, and throughout, the large stone temple features 324 carvings of soldiers dressed for battle.
