Riding the Ferries

If you are staying in Christiansted, as well as anywhere else on the island of St. Croix, and would like to travel over to St. Thomas for a day or two during your trip, then that option is now readily available to you. The Gallows Bay Port is most easily accessed through the middle of Downtown Christiansted.

Currently, there is only one route to St. Thomas offered on St. Croix. If you wish to go to any of the other Virgin Islands, then you will have to do it through other ports on St. Thomas once you've arrived. The ferry dock in Charlotte Amalie is a very popular port on St. Thomas, which means that it will be able to offer you more ferries that go to a multitude of different destinations.
