Casa Cortés Choco Bar

The first of its kind in Puerto Rico, Case Cortes Choco Bar is indeed a chocolate bar, serving a menu of snack and dinner items infused with chocolate, as well as the dessert in its purest form.

The menu is typical of a bistro, featuring salads, soups, sandwiches, tapas, and desserts. The spin is that each item utilizes chocolate in some way, shape, or form, allowing the treat to shine in all forms. The chocolate here is grown in the Domincan Republic, which is the world's seventh largest cacao producer.
