The first of its kind in Puerto Rico, Case Cortes Choco Bar is indeed a chocolate bar, serving a menu of snack and dinner items infused with chocolate, as well as the dessert in its purest form.


The menu is typical of a bistro, featuring salads, soups, sandwiches, tapas, and desserts. The spin is that each item utilizes chocolate in some way, shape, or form, allowing the treat to shine in all forms. The chocolate here is grown in the Domincan Republic, which is the world's seventh largest cacao producer.

Choco Bar. is a unique space, appearing almost like a chocolate gallery. The restaurant is 2,500 square feet and comprised of glass and marble fixtures, with art highlighting the delight that is chocolate along the walls. The second floor of the building also houses a private art collection. A 19 minute video plays on two screens while guest dine, showing them how the chocolate you order on-site is made.
