Isla de Pasion

A private island off Cozumel, the beach here is set up as a resort play area, with everything from play areas for kids, watersports for adults, and hammocks swinging in the trees for everyone to relax in.

Located near the center of the island of Cozumel, 6.3 miles east-northeast of downtown San Miguel, Isla de Pasion is on the North edge of the island, You might want to drop by even if you aren't staying in the immediate vicinity. Not looking forward to staking out a spot at a busy beach? All the more reason you should find a beach that isn't lined with high-rise hotels; relatively untouched parts of the coast like Isla de Pasion allow you much more room to spread out and feel comfortable.
