Liquid Blue Divers

One of the island's premier dive facilities, this center uses high-capacity high pressure steel tanks for long bottom times and top of the line, modern equipment to encourage divers to get out and explore local waters. They believe that personalized attention is the key to their success which is why the owners Steve or Kami are on the boat for nearly every trip. It also helps that they limit their groups to a maximum of only six to seven divers per group.

Offerings and Cost

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced diver, Liquid Blue has a full range of PADI certifications available. With a little training under your belt, you'll be able to participate in one of the daily one or two tank dives.

The HP steel tanks are important to their dives. You have your choice between 100 CF or 120 CF tanks which give you 25 to 50 percent more air than the usual 80 CF aluminum tanks that nearly everyone else uses. The bigger tanks lets their divers stay down for well over an hour. If one or two of their divers still burns through their tanks early, Steve or Kami will safely take them to the surface and allow the remaining divers to finish their tanks with the Dive Master leading the group.

The way their process works is they meet you at your resort or hotel when you arrive to say hi, collect your gear or check the fit of rental equipment, finalize your schedule and paperwork and give you one of their LBD cell phones to use while you’re there on the island. When you’re finished diving, they bring you clean, dry, and ready to pack equipment back to your resort or hotel.

Get out and explore the marine world of Cozumel for just $89 for a two tank morning dive. A two tank twilight dive will run you $9 more, while one tank dives are $52 in the morning and $56(USD) at night. Training is available at this location as well, starting with Discover Scuba for between $95 and $145, Open Water Certification for $445, Advanced Open Water for $150, and Dive Master for $800(USD).

Steve and Kami know the importance of repeat business. That’s why they offer a five percent Loyalty Discount for returning divers and a five percent Multi-Dive Discount for diving four days or more.
