If you are looking for a spot to escape to, this may just be the place. Surrounded by much more famous beaches, Frank Bay offers much of the same, albeit a little smaller and with the benefit of being much less crowded.

Located in Estate Enighed, a few hundred yards south west of downtown Cruz Bay, Frank Bay Beach is on the West coast of St. John. You should consider dropping by whether or not you're staying particularly close by. Making its home within a heavily traveled region, Frank Bay Beach should definitely be considered by visitors wanting to have access to a wide variety of things to do and see.
There is not much beach at Frank Bay, but the narrow strip that exists is comprised of sparkling blue-green water and soft sand until you enter the water which is slightly rocky. Shade is hard to come by, unless you head to the east end of the beach where there is a coconut palm. The most defining feature, though, is how secluded the beach is. Despite being in a popular part of St. John, this beach has the habit of staying remarkably quiet.
Please note that public restrooms are not available, so those of you traveling with small children may want to consider another spot.
