After a fire in August of 2010 burnt the building to the ground, Hercules Pate Delight reopened and is as popular as ever. The couple who owns the restaurant has been serving up delicious food to the people of Cruz Bay for more than 20 years and they keep their guests coming back again and again.
The menu features a wide variety of pates, including stuffings such as mutton, chicken, and shrimp. Currently these pates are available for lunch, but soon the restaurant will expand and serve such offerings as prime rib and lobster for dinner.
