A quaint little eatery located in the courtyard of the hotel, this spot is often frequented by guests staying on-site and those considered to be "in the know." The restaurant has been voted as having the "Best Breakfast" and the "Best Creative Cuisine" on the island by Virgin Island Daily News, so you know it's good.


Guests staying at the hotel enjoy a free continental breakfast of a fruit and biscuit plate for breakfast, while hot meals are available for a fee. In addition to biscuits and gravy, steak and eggs are also popular.

The unique thing about this restaurant is that there is a different cook every night of the week that specializes in a specific type of cuisine. This means theme nights are common like "Bowman Rib Wednesday," which is known for the best prime rib on the island. Starting September 15, 2014, their nightly line up is Mexican Monday, Local Caribbean from Ms. Joan who is famous for her rotis on Tuesdays, Italian on Thursdays, and Bistro eats featuring prime rib and a Thanksgiving-style dinner on Fridays.

Inn at Tamarind Court Restaurant is a bar and grill that offers Caribbean and International cuisines, as well as seafood. When it comes to dress code and level of service, this restaurant's setting is very casual. This dining option is on the table during both breakfast and dinner, so give it a try. Hours and Other Info

On Thursdays and Fridays the chef offers three courses for $30, unless you request the prime rib, which is $40(USD).

Breakfast is served daily starting at 7:00 a.m., ending at 11:00 a.m. for most of the week but at noon on Sunday. Dinner service is from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Reservations are welcome. In addition to meal times, the bar is open all day and is a favorite locals hangout, with Happy Hour from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
