Carlos Rosario is more natural looking than the more well-visited beaches on Culebra, with thorns bushes lining the back of the beach, and rocks and ocean debris in the sand. The water, though, is cool, calm, and clear.

Keep in mind that restrooms won't be found on-site, which is something to consider if you plan to spend a full day in the sun. You will find the water here is of good snorkeling quality, so bring your gear if you've been hoping to get in some underwater exploration.
