This beach is certainly one that will take your breath away the moment you step foot on its shores. It is easily one of the most well-known beaches on the island, frequented by both locals and tourist, and for one main reason: it's stunningly beautiful. Bring your camera because Playa Kenepa is begging to be photographed.

Located on the island of Curacao, You should consider stopping by even if you aren't staying particularly close by. Playa Kenepa stands out from other beaches because it's perfect for escaping the hustle of Curaçao's urban areas. Most other beaches in Curaçao may be just as breezy and refreshing, but are usually more cramped because they're right around the corner from the area's major hotels and resorts.

How to Access The Beach
On the scenic road that runs along the west coast, you'll run right into the parking area for this beach which is located in between Logan and Sabana Westpunt.

Amenities and Ambiance

Despite its popularity, it rarely feels overcrowded because it's such a long beach. Divers love it since it offers them a chance to test their skills from the surrounding high rocks. Families love it because the kids can play in the water without having to worry about there being too many dangerous rocks. Sunbathers, beach walkers, and photographers feel the same sort of affection for the place.

Unfortunately, you won't find any public restrooms along this coastline, which is something to consider if you're bringing the kids, or plan to spend all day outside.

If you find that you prefer beaches that offer those who visit a quiet enclave, then think about trying out Playa Kenepa; it is tucked away in a much quieter part of the region.
