An uninhabited island just off the coast of Diamante is one of the top diving destinations that surrounds Martinique.  Bellow the island is what is known as the Diamond Rock Cavern, which is a triangular cave overflowing with coral and sea fans.  Unfortunately, this is a dive reserved for those who have a lot of experience because the currents can be very strong and dangerous.

There are several dive services and a small number of interesting dive sites to choose from.

If you're ready to go diving, you can check with Espace Plongee. Whether you're an experienced diver or have the goal of training with a team who is known for their high quality standards, Espace Plongee is the place for you. They are located in Trois Ilets, 3.9 mi. North of central Diamante.

A second option is Planete Bleue. A professional dive operation ready to train new divers and take experienced ones out to explore. They offer two daily dives for comparable rates. You can reach them at (059) 666-0879.

A third good option is Antilles Sub Diamond Rock. Multilevel dive courses, baptisms, night dives, discover packs, and rental equipment are offered to customers. They're located in downtown Diamant.
