One of Antigua's most popular pastimes is sailing, which means there are plentiful opportunities for tourists who enjoy the sport as well. In fact, quite a few people choose to sail to the island aboard a private watercraft, rather than fly. Although Dickenson Bay is not specifically a port of entry, there are two very close by at Heritage Quay and Deepwater Harbour.
If you want to enjoy some time on the water, without the stress and cost of sailing on your own you should take a day sailing excursion. See the listing that follows for names and phone numbers for area excursion providers.

The list below gives you an idea of what you'll be expected to pay.

After you've paid your fee, you'll be cleared to sail around the island, and it is time for you to find a marina where you'll dock your boat. North Sound Marina, and Nelson's Dockyard are all nearby.
