Waterfalls and Caves

Emerald Pool Waterfall

Even though most visitors have heard about the beautiful coastline, that isn't the only way to enjoy the natural wonders available. Dominica offers some great choices, including 27 waterfalls and a cave.

You might want to visit Dernier Falls, which is located in Grand Fond, Dominica. Dernier Falls is a secret for the adventurous as it cannot be found on most maps, despite being only steps away from Grand Fond Village.

An additional place to consider is Sari Sari Falls. It is located in southeastern Dominica. This waterfall is a fit reward for a fun, albeit tough, hiking adventure that the entire family can be included in. If climbing up a slippery river sounds fun to you, then this is not an opportunity to be missed.
