No matter what meal of the day you visit this restaurant for, you'll find a menu that incorporates fresh, local ingredients as often as possible to create dishes that are tantalizing no matter how picky your palate. Lunch is kept simple and includes several appetizers, a selection of sandwiches and burgers.

For dinner, try the Smoked Blue Marlin which is served with onion rings, capers, and toast as an appetizer before moving on to Grilled Fish flavored with Creole sauce and served with rice, provisions, and vegetables for your meal. If seafood isn't your thing, they have burgers, pork tenderloin in a balsamic-orange sauce, steak in herb-butter, and several vegetarian dishes as well. Wash it all down with draft Kubui Beer, which is locally brewed and considered one of the world's best lagers. Another option is the Macoucherie Rum, another local creation that is distilled on the opposite side of the E.U. Leblanc Highway.

You definitely won't want to leave without looking over the "Sweet Things" menu. Here, you'll find a cake of the day, your choice of banana or pineapple flambé, fruit fritters, fruit salad served with ice cream, sorbet, and more.
