Toucari Beach

Like Champagne Beach, volcanic gases vent from the sea floor off Toucari Beach and create a wall of bubbles. This is an ideal spot for snorkeling or shallow diving. Fantastic sea life abounds here and its fun to hunt for them both onshore and off.

Located on the island of Dominica, You should consider stopping by regardless of whether you are staying in the immediate vicinity. The surrounding area isn't packed with guests, but that doesn't mean you won't find a fair amount of excitements at this beach.

How to Access The Beach
Toucari Beach is north of Portsmouth and Cabrits National Park. It's easy to find, off West Coast Road and adjacent to the village of the same name.

Amenities and Ambiance

Toucari Beach is a secluded area with coral-covered rocks jutting from its aquamarine waters. Toucari Beach is fairly secluded, and less popular than Champagne Beach but with the same incredible underwater bubbles. If you want good snorkeling but prefer an isolated beach experience, try Toucari.

If you're suddenly hungry or thirsty, the concession stand at Toucari Beach is the ultimate convenience. Sometimes, visitors will be able to buy food from one of the mobile vendors who typically set up on this shoreline.

Unfortunately, restrooms will not be available here, which is something to consider if you're bringing the kids, or plan to spend all day outside.

Toucari Beach brings guests a calm and relaxing escape, in part because the surrounding area is more rural than urban.
