Bahoruco Beach is located on the south coast of the Dominican Republic, set right in front of the popular Barcelo Bahuruco Resort. Many of the beach's visitors are guests of the resort, but those who are not enjoy the well kept shore that is cleaned regularly in order to attract tourists.
Positioned in the Western side of the Dominican Republic, Bahoruco Beach is on the East coast of the Dominican Republic. You might want even if you are not staying very close. Tourists at Bahoruco Beach who are looking for a little additional excitement will want to consider heading to Barahona, since it's not far away and is an especially active area of the Dominican Republic. From the shore, Barahona is a fairly short distance away, roughly three miles (four and a half kilometers).
